“I serve in kids ministry because I see different parts of my younger self in the kids; some are calm and cool, some are sporty, some musically inclined, but all with a desire to know Jesus more. Another reason being that we are called to serve, and it doesn't get much more fun than serving kids!”

Spending those two hours with them gives me a deep sense of fulfillment. As a bonus, it even benefits my physical health! With all the energy, movement, and fun, I don't need to hit the gym that day!”

“When I think about serving in the kids ministry, the words that first come to mind are those of Jesus saying to his disciples “become like children”. And what a better way than spending time with children and learn from them. Every chance I get to teach I realize I’m also learning with them, and there’s something about their imagination that helps me see God without over complicating things.”
