Faithworks Bible College

Faith Works is an extension College of the world-class Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney, Australia.

This weekly evening course is designed to train and equip you for a life of significance to impact your world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Come and receive real teaching that helps you to live a successful, victorious life establishing you in God's Word and building your faith. You will be challenged in your walk with God becoming more intimate in your relationship with Him and gaining God confidence!

Each term runs independently so anyone that has a heart to learn can register any time.

• Term 1: September 16 - December 2, 2013
• Term 2: January 6 - March 17, 2014
• Term 3: March 24 - June 2, 2014

Faith Works Bible College is located in Surrey, BC at Relate Church. Classes are held on Monday evenings at 7:00 - 9:00 pm except for the following dates:
Easter Monday April 1, 2013
Victoria Day May 20, 2013

 Classes consist of 2 hours of teaching, divided by a short break. Our Special Rate for the next year is $110 per term (to be paid in full before classes begin).

Whether you are a new Christian or have been a Christian a long time, this course is for you! We encourage you to position yourself in Faith Works Bible College this year for what will be an amazing journey!

Year 1 Students:

• Write a 100 word journal per week and submit to facilitator
• Write a 500 word essay at the end of term
• Serve in your church as part of the practical application of the course

• Term 1 - 1,000 Word Essay
• Term 2 - 500 Word Essay
• Term 3 - Prepare & deliver a 3-5 minute sermon

Course notes:

A full set of course notes and a recommended reading list are provided with each topic. We will also provide a few books relevant to the course, free of charge, throughout the year. Lecturers will promote other books as recommended reading for those who want to study more.

Certificates:

Certificates are issued at the end of each academic year, on completion of the course, once all assignments are complete and course fees paid. On completion of the 1st year a Certificate in Biblical Studies is awarded. On completion of year 2, students are awarded an Advanced Certificate in Biblical Studies. Both awards are from Faith Works Bible College, part of Hillsong International Leadership College, Sydney, Australia. It is only possible to enrol for Year 2 having successfully completed Year 1 of the course.

Graduation honours:

On completion of each year, a Graduation event is held to honour graduates. An evening Graduation Service is held for the church as a whole to celebrate the student's achievements and award certificates.
